Hello, I'm Ileana! I am a folk magic practitioner focusing on spiritual guidance, mindset and spellwork. All of my work is rooted in a deep connection with nature. I combine my intuition, intent and energy to get results with both spellwork and manifestation.
While I offer manifestation mentoring, I also believe it is optional. You already have the power and intuition within you to reach your goals! But it should not be confusing or difficult. I share streamlined guidance to help you manifest your desires in ways that are customized to you personally, focusing on mindset and energy. Spellwork FAQ:
Do spells backfire? No. My spells never backfire or come back on myself or my clients. I do not believe in the three-fold law and I would not do anything that would endanger a client or myself. The idea that spells backfire is a limiting belief that I do not subscribe to.
I will never contact you first via social media offering readings or other services. You are welcome to reach out to me via social media, or send me an email at newmoonesoterica@gmail.com.
Be honest with me regarding what sort of situation you want a spell worked for. I cannot help you if you are not honest with me. Be specific about what your intentions are. All information that you share with me is strictly confidential and received with care and respect. Sometimes a different spell may work better for your situation, in which case I will work with you and we will take a different course of action. If you unsure about what spell you need, contact me for a free consultation.
When you purchase spellwork, you will receive a confirmation to let you know that a digital spell report will be sent to your email as soon as the spell is cast, including photo and video proof of your spell. Be sure to fill out the form at checkout with the details of your situation and intentions. Spells are usually cast within 5 days of ordering. If there is a delay for any reason, I will notify you via email. Please double check your information on the order form and ensure your email address is correct so that you receive your digital report when the spell is cast.
Please understand that this is a remote, custom spiritual service. I cannot guarantee outcomes or send you further updates after the spell is completed, only the email report with photo/video proof and advice.
I work the spell for you and channel the energy, but your role is just as vital! Trust and believe that the spell is in motion. When you cling too tightly, fixate on the outcome or search constantly for results, you strangle the flow of energy. The spell can only work when you remain open to it and give it a clear path to move toward you naturally.
Store Policy and Shipping Information
All sales for mentoring and spellwork are final. I do not offer refunds. Please carefully read the descriptions of all services before ordering. If you are unsure if a spell is right for you, please contact me for a free consultation. I am happy to discuss your situation and what results you need.
I purchase the ingredients for these spells and take my time and energy to personally work each, individually crafted for you. I also take time to personalize manifestation guidance and techniques for you. Do not steal my time, money, and energy.
I do not offer advice or guidance regarding health, mental health, death, self harm, abuse, sexual abuse or assault, or any other intensely traumatic events. I am not a medical professional.
I am not responsible for any outcomes or actions that you may take based on the guidance I give for any situation.
Legal disclaimer: Spellwork, mentoring, tarot/oracle readings and spiritual guidance are for personal insight only. Your results are dependent on you and how you choose to use the guidance. Manifestation mentoring, readings, and spellwork services are energy work and no physical items are shipped for those services. Spiritual services cannot be guaranteed to create specific outcomes. Once you have paid for these services, you waive the right to withdraw from the service and no refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, or cancellations are permitted. Initiating a chargeback after agreeing to these terms is fraud and breach of contract. All violations may be pursued legally through small claims court and may result in additional legal fees. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
Digital Products: Due to their nature, all sales are final for digital products such as eBooks or workbooks, and no refunds are offered.
Physical ritual products: Each ritual tool is handcrafted with care and intention. These items are created in small batches and energetically charged, making each one unique. Because of the personal and energetic nature of these products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns.
Ritual tools are sold as curios only. No specific outcomes or results from their use can be guaranteed. They are intended to support personal, spiritual, and energetic practices. These products should never replace medical, legal, or financial advice or treatment. By purchasing from this site, you acknowledge and agree to use all items responsibly and at your own discretion.
Shipping policy: I am sorry but at this time I cannot offer international shipping.
Physical item orders are processed and shipped out within 5 business days of order. Most orders are fulfilled within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the order is placed and a separate email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Orders are sent via USPS. Delivery times vary by location and the shipping method selected at checkout but typically take 3 to 7 business days after the order is processed. Once your order is with USPS, the delivery speed and tracking information is managed by them. Please note that sometimes there is a delay in USPS tracking information being updated and it can take 48 to 72 hours before they scan and update the tracking. This does not mean that your order was not shipped, it is only a normal delay from the carrier's system. For accurate shipping updates, please check the USPS website after the item has been scanned.
Please double check your address and shipping information on your order form and make sure it is entered correctly. If an order is returned to me by USPS due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, I can resend it but there will be additional shipping fees.
I am not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, holidays, or peak seasons. I appreciate your patience in these situations. If the order is delayed after the first USPS scan, please contact them directly with your tracking number for assistance. If the delay extends past 10 business days with no further updates, please contact me so that I can assist you with an inquiry to USPS.
Once your order is shipped, I have no control over it. I am not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. If your package is lost or damaged by USPS, please contact them directly about filing a claim. If a claim is approved, I am happy to offer a replacement for that item. Replacements are only available for items damaged during transit, not items that have been opened or used.
If your order arrives and you have received the wrong item, please contact me immediately. While I don't issue refunds or accept returns, I want you to be happy with your order. I will review the situation and send a replacement for the incorrect item.
